- For orders under $64 in Canada (or $74 in the US) a Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days in Canada) rate of $9.95 will apply.
- For orders under $64 in Canada (or $74 in the US) you can upgrade to Priority 2-Day Shipping for an additional $19.95.
- For orders over $64 in Canada (or $74 in the US) Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days in Canada) is FREE or you can get Priority shipping for just $9.95 more!

Package tracking details will be sent to you automatically when your order ships.
My Package Hasn't Arrived
If it's past the delivery date or indicates it has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere. Often packages will be held at the post office or a nearby outlet if you weren't home at delivery.
If it's been 10 days past the estimated delivery date please contact us immediately and we'll file a claim with the courier and reship your order.
